They divide the refrigerant line between outdoor and indoor units so multiple zones run smoothly without disturbing system balance. The multi-step design suits different pipe sizes, cuts installation time, and the chamfered ends allow cleaner brazing and proper sealing.

Each VRF Y Joint is nitrogen purged to keep the inner surface clean and free from oxidation, then hydrotested at 5.2 MPa for reliable leak-free performance. XLPE and Class O NBR insulation options help control condensation and give long-term protection, making them suitable for varied environmental and project conditions.

Which quality of copper do you use in your VRF Y-Joints?

We make our products from high-quality copper procured from reliable suppliers in India and abroad. It’s a material we trust because it doesn’t corrode easily, joins well during brazing, and holds up for the long run. In real working conditions, especially in R410A VRF and VRV systems, where both pressure and vibration are quite demanding, it continues to perform without giving trouble.

What do you do to make sure your Y-Joints are 100 percent leak-proof?

Every Y Joint is checked individually before it leaves our facility, including a hydrostatic pressure test at 5.2 MPa. The brazing is done through an automated process, so the quality stays consistent from piece to piece. The end result is a clean, tight seal you can rely on for the entire working life of the VRF system.

What are the choices of insulation for the branch piping kits?

In our kits, we have personal insulation. Use top fire safety with grab Class O nitrile rubber, or XLPE that is used when you need super heat and moisture resistance, or EPS when you have a budget constraint. They are all precision-cut and thus fit easily around the joints.
