Tubular Assemblies

Engineered for Leak-Proof Performance & Universal OEM Compatibility

227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. makes copper tubular assemblies for HVAC and refrigeration work where tight, leak free joints are essential. Each piece is brazed with BCuP 6 for strong connections under pressure and temperature. They arrive neatly finished, fit without rework on site, and perform reliably in long service.

We also build tandem piping kits and compressor manifolds as ready-to-install sets that keep refrigerant moving smoothly and help the system run efficiently. With OEM-level workmanship and the flexibility to customise for specific projects, our tubular assemblies are made for today’s HVAC setups and continue performing reliably through everyday operating demands.

Why 227 Enterprise

Our entire range of tubular assemblies are designed and engineered to work perfectly and operate optimally in splitting refrigerant in the current VRF systems. Flow is maintained, seals made without leaks and installed easily by all the major OEM brands, so consultants and contractors will choose us when they require reliable equipment.

Why are your VRF tubular assemblies different from normal copper fittings?

We do not use generic fittings in our assemblies, but full refrigerant branch kits tailored to VRF/VRV systems. They are precision multi-step Y-joints, compatible with any major OEM, copper is ASTM B280-grade, and each is accompanied by their own pressure test to 5.2Mpa to make it 100 per cent leak-proof and long-life ready.

What are your copper HVAC component quality certifications?

Our parts are all made to international RoHS and CE standards. Installed silver brazing rods and other metals are imported by us and provide strong joints on rough ecstatic jobs in the HVAC industry. Each batch has tough inspections in order to maintain the entire line at high standards.

Would you be in a position to supply customised tubular assemblies to particular OEM models or project requirements?

Yes, we can fabricate headers for any VRF brand by following the exact drawings and specifications provided. Insulation can also be supplied wherever it’s needed, so the final assembly matches the installation and system requirements on site.

What is your standard lead time, and is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We are quite adaptable and hospitable to customers. And our usual merchandise is in large inventory to enable us to ship quickly. The best is that we do not have a minimum order, and hence a large project or even a rush order placed by a contractor does not leave us behind.

What are your methods of brazed assemblies to maintain a leak-proof performance?

At our plant, each tubular kit is actually put through a hydro test at 5.2 MPa, roughly 754 psi, which is higher than what it will normally see in service. We do this so there are no surprises once it reaches site. Along with that, we use good-quality copper and imported brazing alloys, so the joints come out solid and stay that way over the years, giving consistent performance in the system.

Do you support all your major VRF/VRV system brands?

Definitely. Our design was made such that it fits across. Our multi-step connectors will enable the DA Series as well as any other kits, to connect to any type of pipe, regardless of OEM size used, without the necessity of brand-specific inventory. That is why our components are popular with contractors and consultants to work with such brands as Blue Star, Johnson controls and Trane.

What are the installation best practices of your unbrazed Y and U joint?

With unbrazed Y and U joints, the outcome largely depends on how they’re handled on site. Getting the alignment right, making sure the pipe ends are properly cleaned and prepared, carrying out the brazing carefully, and giving the piping good support all make a big difference. When these fundamentals are taken care of, the joints stay tight and the installation continues to perform reliably for the long run.

What is your after-sales service and warranty?

We’re solid on quality. A full performance warranty is included with every kit, as well as our technical service that may assist you with specifications and installation-related queries. In addition, each product is stamped with traceability; hence, we can verify the place of origin and quality of material.

What effect does the use of your premium components have on the overall efficiency of the VRF system?

Our parts are of precision because all parts maintain a balance in the flow of refrigerant and reduce pressure drop across all indoor units. That allows the system to operate at the intended efficiency by reducing energy wasted by imbalanced loads or leakage. The 100 per cent leak-proof guarantee implies that the system will remain productive, save on bills and decrease the loss of refrigerant over time.

Are you exporting to other countries around the world? How do you do the packing and shipping?

Yep, we export worldwide. To prevent damage during shipping, we pack all items in wooden crates or tough poly wrap. Our shipments are made out of major Indian ports. We can streamline logistics to major worldwide destinations such as the Middle East, Europe, Australia and North America, which we have demonstrated by being present in the international trade show.
