Precision VRF Copper Header for All Types of VRF Systems Working on R410 Refrigerant
227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. makes TA Series VRF headers for modern installations, built for accurate fit and dependable use. Available in four specifications with 4- and 8-port options, they connect pipe sizes from 6.5 mm to 31.8 mm and suit different header piping layouts.
Depending on the model, wall thickness is maintained between 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm, giving the header the strength needed for years. This also helps the assembly handle pressure variations without distortion during continuous operation.

What’s a TA Series VRF Header?
It is a copper manifold, which divides the one primary pipe into multiple indoor units in a VRF. It suits R410A and is vital to maintain flow equalisation and the entire system to be effective both in schools and in homes.
How is the TA Series different from the others?
It has got a multi-step design, such that it fits all the OEMs, 5 per cent silver brazing, such that the joints remain leak-free and it undergoes a hard 5.2 Mpa pressure test. Also, any additional-good XLPE or NBR insulation, and you can have the inside nitrogen-purged, preventing any rust and just beating regular fittings to longevity.
What systems are compatible with the TA Series Header?
The TA Series VRF Header is designed for multi-brand compatibility. Its multi-port configuration meets the specifications of several major OEM systems, offering professionals a reliable, single-component solution that minimizes required parts inventory.
What is the pressure rating of the TA Series header?
All of the TA Series VRF Headers are pressure-tested to 5.2 MPa -approximately 754 psi. That is more than normal R410A VRF systems require, which provides a very large safety margin and ensures that it stays without leakage and lasts throughout its lifetime.
What is the reason why the 5 percent silver brazing is more dependable than the standard brazing?
The higher grade of joint resulting from the use of 5 percent silver brazing rod is stronger, more flexible, and resistant to rust as compared to conventional phosphor copper brazing. That superior bond remains firm by heating and cooling down, and shivering, which essentially eliminates the possibility of refrigerant leaks.
What are the options of insulation I can have, and what is the significance of that?
We have XLPE (cross-linked polyethene) and NBR (nitrile rubber) options for insulation. Good insulation prevents condensation, which may drip, rust, and the refrigerant lines do not lose heat, and things are running fine.
Is it possible to have a custom header for my own project?
Yes, it's all about the 227 Enterprise, which is custom-built. The ports, sizes, and insulation of the TA Series header can be adjusted to match your piping scheme and requirements in terms of performance. This is fine in case you have an odd design or have a certain OEM part required.
Where am I supposed to get the TA Header manual or a TA VRF catalogue PDF?
We send basic installation instructions along with our product so the site team has a clear reference while working. For the official TA Header manual or the detailed VRF catalogue in PDF, you’ll need to get it from the original manufacturer — either by contacting them directly or through their official support page.
What is the turnaround time for receiving an order?
We keep our TA Series models in stock for quick shipment. For large-volume or custom-configured orders, delivery times are project-specific. Please contact us with your requirements, and we will promptly provide a detailed production and delivery schedule.
Are your headers designed to integrate with existing system architectures?
Yes. Our TA Series is engineered to meet the performance specifications and physical form factors required for seamless integration into common VRF system designs. It offers a high-quality, cost-effective solution for system upgrades and installations.
