227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. manufactures SAM Series VRF headers for modern installations, built for accurate fit and durability. Available in three specifications with 4- and 8-port options, they handle pipe sizes from 6.5 mm to 38.3 mm and suit varied header piping assemblies.

The specification varies in thickness (between 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm), which provides the header with its endurance in long usage. It is fabricated out of deoxidised copper and brazed using 5 per cent silver rods to make the joints stable under demanding conditions. For improved thermal efficiency, XLPE and NBR insulation options are available to limit heat loss and support steady system performance.

What is the pressure rating of SAM Series headers?

The SAM Series headers are hydrostatically tested to 5.2 MPa (754 psi). This test pressure is more than three times higher than the typical operating pressure of a standard VRF system. This substantial safety margin ensures the components are 100% leak-tight, providing reliable and safe performance under all operating conditions, including during system load changes.

Are you providing bespoke insulation?

Definitely. We have XLPE, which is very thermally resistant and moisture resilient and NBR, which is very flexible and fireproof. You are also able to select a personalised thickness in order to reach your energy and condensation targets.

Is it possible to order small quantities or samples?

Absolutely. We deal with both large and small projects and do not have a minimum order. Samples, in turn, are offered to you in order to test them out before placing a full order.
