Copper Stubs
Engineered for universal OEM compatibility, 100% leak-proof integrity, and simplified VRF/VRV system installation.
Copper stubs are pre-cut copper tube pieces used in HVAC&R for quick, secure connections to refrigerant lines and condensate drains. They keep flow smooth and joints tight. With good heat transfer, long working life, and resistance to microbial buildup, they are a practical choice for AC, refrigeration, and heat pump systems
227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. makes copper stubs for dependable HVAC connections. They couple cleanly to larger refrigerant lines and suit different indoor-outdoor layouts. Made from high-grade copper in multiple sizes, they deliver tight joints, steady flow, and service life.

What exactly is your copper standard, and how does it apply to the VRF systems?
We choose high-grade copper because it’s proven to last. It handles system pressure without cracking, doesn’t corrode easily, and carries heat the way a VRF application demands. Using certified material also means the joints stay tight and dependable over years of continuous heating and cooling, without becoming a weak point in the system.
What is your way of making sure that your joints are totally non-leaky?
Each stub starts with carefully chosen raw material, and we keep a close eye on it through every step of production at our own facility. Because everything is done in-house, we’re able to maintain the same material quality and dimensional accuracy from one batch to the next. That consistency is what helps the part sit properly in the system, stay leak-tight, and contribute to smooth, long-term operation without becoming a point of concern later on.
Do you support all majority VRF/VRV OEMs?
Yes. Our universal multi-step solutions are compatible with the majority of VRF/VRV systems. This reduces ordering errors and provides greater flexibility across different projects.
What can I be insulated with, and can it be custom-insulated?
We do supply insulation in options such as XLPE, Nitrile Rubber, and EPS. Because the stubs themselves are very small, it isn’t feasible to insulate them at our end. In practice, this insulation is applied during installation so it can be carried through properly with the rest of the piping. That way you get uninterrupted thermal protection and the system runs as efficiently as it should.
Is your minimum order quantity (MOQ), and what are your delivery times?
No Minimum Order Quantity is proudly used with us. Then you take one kit to repair something or a lot to build something, we are not bound. In case of standard items, we attempt to deliver the orders within a period of one or two days, and you are ready to move. We also have a large inventory and expedited production, which aids us in fulfilling rush orders as well as scheduled orders.
Which kinds of brazing materials do you use in the manufacturing process?
For brazing, we use high-quality imported silver rods so the copper stubs get a joint that’s genuinely strong and long-lasting. The certified alloy flows cleanly and bonds well, which helps the connection stay tight even when the system keeps expanding, contracting, and vibrating during regular operation. In real terms, it means the joint doesn’t become a weak spot later, it stays leak-free and keeps performing the way it should for years.
Is it possible to create bespoke copper components for a specific project?
Absolutely. In addition to our standard parts, we are able to develop special-purpose copper parts such as Tee Fittings, Y-Joints and Headers to suit your application requirements. We only need to email our technology team and discuss your tailored project to fit.
What happens in the event of improper joint installation or failure of a complete VRF system?
A joint in poor health will spoil the entire affair. It tends to leak refrigerant, thus decreasing the cooling or heating, uneven zones, experienced by people, as well as increasing workforce by the cooling or heating system. The added work will cost additional energy bills, and even break the compressor, which is the most costly component. Quality joints and good installation ensure that the system is efficient to remain longer, preventing expensive downtimes.
Which are the certifications do the products you produce have, and how do you produce them?
Our products comply with international standards such as RoHS, CE, and we are ISO-certified. Those certifications imply that our processes are constrained and our products are scoring well in terms of quality, safety and environment, which are essential to green building objectives and programs in every part of the world.
Why does the Y -shape design outperform a Tee joint in terms of maximizing VRF performance?
The Y -shaped reduces flow resistance and pressure drop more than the ordinary T -joint. It rounds off the corners, thus the refrigerant passes smoothly and effectively through the entire system. This balanced flow maintains a high level of zone temperatures, conserves energy, and makes the HVAC system long-term viable.
