Why 227 Enterprise

The choice of 227 implies that you deal with professionals who are knowledgeable inside and out in terms of HVAC&R.We are different since we employ state-of-the-art production and loads of experience in the industry to create copper tees that are not merely components, but pure solutions to rely on.

What advantages do copper tee fittings have when compared with plastic tee fittings?

Copper tees are much more stable and more durable, lasting 50-70 years. They are pressure resistant, can not be cleaned, and do not disintegrate when exposed to UV light or rodent bites. Copper is also an insulator of the most wicked heat; therefore, everything is warmer, or it has less heat faster, whether cooling or heating.

What do you do to ensure that there is no leakage of the connection?

We utilize exact instruments in ensuring that all is centered in place. We recommend a good quality silver brazing billet (2 percentage of silver or above) to achieve a joint of super strength. Besides, any tee is exposed to a 5.2 MPa pressure to ensure that it is leak-free.

Do you operate these tees with an R410A system?

Totally. Our commercial copper tees have all been designed to suit the modern requirements of the R410A. Their design is to withstand the increased pressure, remaining resistant to corrosion; therefore, a safe and efficient system in the long run, be it VRF or VUV.

Do you prepare custom copper tees for special projects?

Yes! We currently have six standard sizes (1/4 to 7/8 ID), but can forgo custom tees that would perfectly fit what your OEM or project needs. Your team of engineers will liaise with us to cut precisely the correct size, brazing requirements, or custom design to make it fit up like a glove in your system.

Which quality certifications are yours?

Our procedures and end-products comply with ROHS and CE, therefore being devoid of dangerous substances and complying with the EU regulations on health, safety and the environment. Those certifications imply that our teams can apply to hard-working projects worldwide.

What is the difference between an equal tee and a reducing tee?

Possessing an equal tee, the three holes are equal in size, dividing a line into two equal ones. A reducing tee has a different-sized hole that allows you to branch off into either a smaller or larger reducing tube. We provide them in either option in a bundle of sizes, sets fitting the exact flow and pipe design you require.

Is it possible to use these fittings to cool and refrigerate?

Yes, you can use these copper fittings for both cooling and refrigeration lines. Copper has always been the preferred material for HVAC&R because it works smoothly with all common refrigerants and handles the temperature variations without any problem. Once they’re brazed properly on site, the joints stay strong, the refrigerant flows the way it should, and you don’t have to worry about leaks during normal system operation.

Why use copper as a preferred material?

Copper is the standard in the industry as it is tough, and lasts very long, is corrosion-resistant and a good heat conductor. It is lead-free and prevents leakage of refrigerant, thus ensuring the system is safe and clean. Copper is the most reliable in high pressure environment, hence, it is the most reliable when it comes to making critical connections.

Fitting these fittings most acceptably, about duration

The best way is to use brazing. Also, cut the ends of the pipe straight, clean them and beat off burrs. Place the best silver-phosphorous brazing alloy (at least 2 percent silver) and commence heating the joint until it melts. Adhere to codes and safety. A good compression t-joint with appropriate torque would also be good in case you need something in a location accessible to you.

How does using a quality copper tee fitting contribute to overall VRF system efficiency?

In a VRF system, refrigerant flow must be precisely divided between multiple indoor units. A poorly made tee can cause turbulence, pressure drops, or uneven flow distribution, forcing compressors to work harder. Our precision-engineered tees ensure smooth, laminar refrigerant flow, maintaining designed system pressure and enabling each indoor unit to operate at peak efficiency, which directly translates to lower energy consumption and optimal performance
