The PNS Series Refrigerant Branch Piping Kit is the inside job that ensures the refrigerant separates itself in the large VRF/VRV systems. It is designed specifically to fit R410A, and it has both suction line and liquid line copper Y-joints that are cut precisely. And then we put on the correct size copper reducers to enable it all to hang together.

What comes in a PNS Series VRF Branch Piping Kit?
You are supplied with a set including two accurate copper Y-joints, one to fit the liquid line, one to fit suction, and reducers of the proper size in copper. We also include a high-quality insulation pack (XLPE or Class O NBR ArmaFlex ) so that condensation does not creep on the cold pipes. This would imply a clean, smooth, and long-lasting installation of your VRF system.
Will your PNS Series kits work with my VRF brand?

What do you do to ensure that the joints are leak proof?
Each copper connection is pressure-tested all the way up to 5.2 Mpa (approximately 754 psi) at our facility. That is much more than the system is used to, and we can be confident that the system has been brazed and sealed like iron, one great guarantee that the connection will remain dry forever.
