In a VRF or refrigeration system, the header does a lot of quiet work. It splits refrigerant evenly between several indoor units, and the whole system relies on it doing that properly. If the header is off, you see it on site as uneven cooling, pressure trouble, callbacks and extra hours for your installers.
At 227 Enterprise we’ve been making refrigerant copper fittings since 2010, so we know how much depends on this one part. We don’t make headers to a single standard design. We build them for the system they’re going into.
SAM Series Headers. These are made to match the dimensions, port layout and connection standards that SAM-series VRF systems need. They fit on site the way they should, without forcing or modifying anything.
TA Series Headers. These are built to the specifications of TA-series systems, with the correct branch count, tube sizes and spacing for a clean, leak-free install.
Customized Headers. A lot of projects don’t fit a catalogue. You might need a different number of branches, special pipe diameters, a particular length, or a layout that suits a tight ceiling void or a shaft. In those cases we design and make the header to your requirement.
How Our Headers Are Built
Every header we make has a robust industrial design and a multi-port configuration. They’re built for real site conditions and are more than a good-looking part in a catalogue.
BIS Certified Copper Grade. We use only BIS certified copper. That means consistent purity, dependable wall thickness, and strong resistance to corrosion and pressure over the working life of the system.
5% Silver Brazing. Every joint is brazed with 5% silver alloy. This gives a strong, clean bond that stays leak-proof through years of pressure cycles and temperature swings.
Superior Thermal Insulation Options. You can choose EPS, NBR, XLPE or a custom insulation to suit your application. Good insulation keeps energy losses down and stops condensation before it becomes a problem.
